NEW STOCK OF FIRST HOLY COMMUNION AND CONFIRMATION GIFTS: These are now available in our repository (card shop) to buy. All very reasonably priced. Please come and take a look.

The Day will start with only one morning Mass at 10.30am!
We are asking for volunteers who can read a bidding prayer in another language to contact the Parish Office.
The Mass will be followed by an International themed party in the Parish Hall with a shared lunch.
Parishioners are asked to bring a dish to share. Please let the Parish Office know what food you will bring. (Please remember to label contents because of allergies)
Please also let the Parish Office know if you would like to perform any international entertainment at the party.

Our next First Holy Communion and Confirmation programmes will start again in October 2024.
We are in need of more Catechists to support the children with their preparation.
There are 11 sessions for each programme spread over 7 months and avoiding school holiday.

YOUTH MASS – Sunday evening 21st April: The Youth Mass will take place this Sunday, 21st April at 6pm. The young people are asked to meet in the Parish Centre at 5pm to help prepare for the Mass. After Mass they are all invited to the Parish Centre for refreshments and to socialise until 8pm.

MEDJUGORJE YOUTH FESTIVAL: The International Youth Festival in Medjugorje is from 31st July to 5th August 2024. All ages, families and friends are welcome to attend. There is a discounted price for people up to the age of 25. Pease check notice board for more details or contact Nisha Cooke 07984874048.

The Parish Summer BBQ this year will be on Sunday, 23rd June 2024. 11.30am-2.30pm. There will be no Summer Fayre.

BBQ – Bottle stall – Live entertainment – Pimms – Bouncy Castle Children’s Stalls – Grand Raffle – cake sale – Tea & coffee & juice in the Centre.

We would need cake donations for the cake sale from our Parishioners. If you could please bring your cake donations on the morning, and, if homebaked, please with the list of the ingredients.

We will NOT be collecting toys, bric-a-brac or books.

PLEASE CONTACT THE PARISH OFFICE IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP WITH THIS FUNDRAISER. You will have to organise, setting up, run on the day, and clear up by yourself.

Mass on that day will be 10.30am ONLY.

All Parishioners are invited to come for a Fairtrade Coffee morning to collect for CAFOD.

When: After both morning masses on Sunday, 3rd March 2024 in the Parish Centre.

If you can make some cakes or biscuits using Fairtrade ingredients for the morning that would be wonderful. Please donate your Fairtrade cakes and biscuits in the morning before the masses.

The Cardinal is inviting to this Mass all couples in the Diocese, who are celebrating their 5th 10th, 25th, 30th, 40th, 50th and 60th (and every year over 60) wedding anniversary of Catholic marriage in 2024. If you are celebrating an anniversary, please let the Parish Office know the following details: husband and wife’s names, wedding date, full postal address and email (or telephone number, if no email) by Monday 15th April 2024.
